Sen. Standridge recently visited with Chickasha High School students at the Capitol for Oklahoma Civics Day.  Mr. Lyndon Hepner’s Oklahoma History class made an anti-bullying presentation.  Steve Hahn, the Anti-Bullying Collaborator for the Parent-Child Center in Tulsa, joined in the discussion. As a result of the interim study regarding bullying and cyber-bullying last fall, Sen. Standridge is filing anti-bullying legislation for the upcoming session. He also has spoken to several civic groups about this relevant topic. Students, churches and civic groups who are interested in helping to battle this growing social epidemic can contact the Senate office to schedule a time for Sen. Standridge to come and speak to your class or group.  405 521 5535.
